Personal Data Protection & Privacy Policy

The Administrator i.e. Grupa Azoty S.A. with registered office in Tarnow hereby declares and assures that the personal data given by the Service User will be stored and used with due diligence in agreement with the binding provisions of the law.

The personal data given by the Service User during the registration will be used by the Administrator in agreement with the Act on Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (uniform text Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2016 item 922 as amended).

The personal data: surname, name, in particular, will be downloaded by the Service on the electronic forms. The Service User who filled in the electronic form, or in any other way disclosed his personal data to the Administrator, has the right to access this data in order to verify, modify or delete it.

The Administrator has the right to prepare the information about the Service User anonymously, which can be processed and transferred for the statistical purposes.

The Administrator can use (after gaining the approval of the Service User) these particular data of the Service User which enable him to match the services, product to the Service User’s needs, make him interested in the special offers and inform about new products, the corporate events.  Giving the approval by the Service User  is voluntary and can be cancelled any time.

The personal data will be also transferred to the entities authorized to inquire the information pursuant to the provisions of law (e.g. enforcement agencies) or pursuant to the court sentence.

The Service User declares that he was thoroughly informed about the way, the place, and the aim of downloading and processing his personal data and gives the approval for that.
